I really wanted dessert tonight. I specifically wanted almond butter but didn’t have enough calories l3ft for it. So I had some SoDelicious Butter Pecan “Frozen Dessert”. It was REALLY good! Sure you can tell it’s dairy free but that isn’t a bad thing in my book. But after I had my dessert I still wanted the almond butter. Well I’m trying to not be super resteictive right now so I had a little almond butter and then a little more and then a litte more… I think I had about two servings worth. It sucks that I’m nearly 500 calories over my limit. It sucks that I’m 1 stinking carb over my net carb limit. BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH WORSE! I could’ve ate the entire jar with ease and then ransacked the cabinets because I’ve been insatiable today. I drank heavy cream for goodness sakes! You know I was desperate.
