Ordering the right foods is key whenever eating out and sticking with a #healthylifestyle When ordering from a Chinese food restaurant go to the steamed section of the menu. You will find a list of healthy foods with a choice of sauce on the side and brown rice. You can also get any dish you want with light sauce or gooey sauce on the side. I like steamed chicken with broccoli. For all you #ketogenic people out there egg foo young is a good choice or just the steamed food with no rice.
