So Much Support!! … My Grandmother surprised me with breakfast for dinner while Im working my late shift. She also took the time to write out the details of my meal because she knows Im calorie counting. PLUS she used the small plate after hearing me mention I like them because they make you think youre eating more. I love her so so much. (P.S. Im not Keto but she is since shes diagnosed diabetic.
