I , ConiJo Steelquist, brought 1 loaf on Saturday. OMG :o) grilled cheese on Sunday and toast this morning. It really doesn't toast up so much but was good enough for me. It was $8.00 a loaf and I will buy a loaf every month. I have soy/wheat allergies. Ingredients: Purified Water, Organic Coconut Flour, Egg Whites, Psyllium, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Baking Soda.
